Excellent to work with! Made purchasing a house out of state seem easy. Deepak was incredibly responsive right after my husband and I contacted him with an interest in moving to the Orlando area. He was able to assist with navigating available homes to view online and had frequent phone conversations helping us understand the current market conditions and what we needed to do to secure a home. Living out of state, our availability to view houses was limited and Deepak was able to work within those constraints. I was able to fly into Orlando for a long weekend and he lined up 10 homes to see in quick succession just hours after my arrival. As a solo woman viewing homes I felt at ease with his professionalism. He ensured that I was comfortable with our itinerary and travel arrangements. I did not feel rushed and felt like I was able to take the time I needed to see each home even though we were on a tight schedule. Deepak also was excellent at balancing communication with my husband and facilitating three-way calls to allow real time discussion of the pros and cons of each location.
